Thomas Lemke
Thomas Lemke, Vice President and 2nd lead coordinator. 9 years of planning and coordinating experience is the main repair and upkeep manager for APED. Background in sales and customer service.
Born in Ogden Utah, military child background, always adaptive to change and curveballs. Strong family man will always stand up for what is right, and will defend that tooth and nail. Always determined to accomplish a successful event, and exceeds expectations.
Enjoys remote control and full-scale aircraft, spending time with family and friends, and sitting back with a glass of flavored whiskey. Also enjoys comic cons and anything superhero.
Hope Borovoy
Hope Borovoy, 3rd Team Leader, 15 years of catering and event experience, Masters of Clinical Mental Health background in psychology and social work. Head Decorator for APED, has a knack for our head table displays seen in our photos. Can make a beautiful display from a few ideas and some décor.
Native of the Dayton area, known for being our “hippy dippy Hope, resident vegetarian, and all knowing essential oils/remedies Dr.” She stands tall and proud of what she believes in. Hope is an integral part of our team because she always pushes for whatever the client wants. She maintains utmost professionalism while spicing and twisting the themes and styles of events, giving them a unique design.
She enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, arm wrestling, and a good glass of wine. Family and friends are important and we are truly blessed to have her with us.
Kristin LeMaster
Kristin LeMaster 4th Team Leader. 11+ years of event management and planning experience. Associates in Hospitality management and tourism. Experienced Team lead, able to handle anything thrown her way. has a knack for fixing things and solving tough problems. Is always the one to call for a second look at a project.
Grew up in Bellfountain Ohio, she is a strong willed team lead with the ability to see and solve problems before they come to light. Extremely adaptive and can go with the flow. Very strong planner and detail oriented to ensure the event is executed as the clients envisioned.
Enjoys woodworking, spending time with family and friends, whiskey, bourbon or wine (depending on her day) and planning out her next house project.
